EW COLLECTIONS Ltd. is a successor of the trademark EuroWindykacja of PRONEXT - one of the first debt collection companies in Poland offering international debt recovery services.

Local: We provide debt collection services against debtors in Poland for our international Clients.
Global: Our Worldwide Debt Recovery Services cover all European countries as well as the USA, Australia, Asia and Africa. We base our cooperation with international partners all over the world.

Our way.
The operations within our Debt Recovery Services are usually limited to the amicable actions and generally do not include judicial proceedings. We plead our actions for minimum 60 days. This period may be changed when needed.
However, we may instigate legal action against the debtors when the situation requires such sort of actions. If you wish to proceed judicial actions against your Polish debtor for details, please contact our Customer Service. 
If you wish to instigate legal action against your debtor in other European country, please note, that the actions depend of the country of the seat of the debtor and our international Partners. For details, do not hesitate to contact us. 

What else ?
The payments are directed to the bank account of EW COLLECTIONS Ltd. or to the bank account of the Client.
